What the form collects
Your name, email or phone, vehicle details, selected service, condition answers, approximate location, setup details, preferred dates, contact consent, and optional notes.
How it is used
C The Details uses this information to identify repeat requests, review scope and route fit, prepare a reference range, and contact you about the request. Submitting does not automatically book an appointment or collect payment.
Condition photos
The initial form does not upload image files. If condition photos are required, Carlos requests them privately during review. Customer images are not public proof without separate publication consent and owner approval.
